SV BNE Labs & Brisbane Strategy Ventures is a corporate venture studio that designs, builds, and scales deep-tech and AI ventures from Australia to the world.

Brisbane Strategy Ventures has a separate corporate micro fund that funds ventures.
We partner with corporates, universities, and research institutions to commercialise ideas, IP, and innovation — turning them into globally competitive companies. Our dual-engine model combines:

SV BNE Studio – co-creating new ventures from concept and research to company formation, investment readiness, and market launch.

SV BNE Labs – scaling emerging and external ventures through strategy, operational support, and access to capital and global markets.

Our team specialises in patterning successful venture models, building frameworks for commercialisation, and accelerating execution through global networks of experts, engineers, and capital partners.

We work across sectors including deep tech, automation, robotics, communications, healthtech, fintech, and AI, helping organisations move from research outcomes and prototypes to scalable, investment-ready businesses.

Through our micro-CVC, global GP and LP partnerships, and integrated support network, SV BNE provides both capital and capability—from business and technical consulting to product design, development, prototyping, and launch.

Our goal is to create resilient, acquisition-ready companies led by exceptional founders and supported by world-class infrastructure.

SV BNE’s ecosystem bridges innovation and investment through an iterative model that connects Labs, Studio, and Capital—building ventures that scale from Australia across the US, UK, and Europe.
