Tanya Postma

Tanya Postma, CHRL, serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at SV Law since October 2011, where responsibilities include directing human resources, administration, and operations for the firm's Guelph and Elora locations while overseeing financial operations. Prior roles include Supervisor at the Region of Waterloo's Design & Construction, where management of the administrative team's growth occurred, and Human Resources Consultant at Safetech Environmental, providing HR consulting services. Tanya also held the position of Manager of Human Resources at MTE Consultants Inc., overseeing all HR aspects and leading the HR team. Earlier experience includes serving as Supervisor of Administrative Operations for the City of Kitchener, focused on budget administration and reporting. Tanya's educational background includes studies at Queen's University and the Schulich School of Business at York University, along with education from Conestoga College and Kitchener-Waterloo Collegiate.
