Teresa McDermott (Sutherland) has extensive experience in office management and administration, currently serving as the Office Services Coordinator at SV Law since July 2014. In this role, Teresa oversees benefit administration, manages semi-monthly payroll for over 120 employees through ADP, coordinates continuing professional development, and maintains orientation packages for new employees. Previously, Teresa worked as an Office Services Clerk at Miller Thomson LLP from August 2005 to February 2009, where responsibilities included ordering office supplies, maintaining cost details for budget purposes, assisting with accounting functions, and training new employees. Teresa pursued education at Conestoga College in both 1998-1999 and 2021.
