Joshua Forde, MBA, currently serves as an Account Manager and Inside Sales Generalist at SV Microwave since May 2021. Previously, Joshua held multiple roles at Florida Atlantic University from September 2017 to April 2021, including Student Director of Operations, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of over 31 staff members and maintaining a high employee retention rate. Joshua's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and client collaboration, and Event Support Staff, responsible for event setup and training. Additionally, Joshua completed an internship as Facilities Operations Manager at Bay Management and worked as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS and TJ Maxx. Joshua holds an MBA in International Business and a BBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Leadership from Florida Atlantic University.
