Shan Zhang

Shan (Sofia) Zhang is currently working as an Architectural Designer at SVA Architects, where Shan (Sofia) focuses on improving K-12 school facilities in collaboration with the Districts and California's Division of the State Architect. Prior to this, Shan (Sofia) gained experience as a Junior Designer at Bull Stockwell Allen, delivering preliminary design concepts for ski resort recreations. Shan (Sofia) also worked as an Urban Designer at Kansas City Design Center, designing public spaces for the Kansas City Department and West Bottom Community. With a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, Shan has a strong background in architectural design and urban planning.
