Komal Sharma

Komal Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Komal started their career as a summer intern at DLF Pramerica in 2011. From there, they joined Central Bank of India in 2012 as a Manager, where they focused on organization development, talent management, employee engagement, and HR business partnering. In 2015, they transitioned to YES BANK as a Senior Manager, overseeing human resources. In 2017, they freelanced as an HR Consultant before joining L&T Financial Services as a Lead in HR. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Svamaan since 2019.

Komal Sharma completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resource from the International Management Institute - IMI between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany (honors) from Hansraj College (University of Delhi) between 2007 and 2010. Komal completed their schooling until XII grade from J.B. Academy between 1999 and 2005, with a focus on Science.
