Ashley Karol, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Svante since November 2022. Previously, Ashley held several key positions at Nexii Building Solutions, including Manager of Financial Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed strategic and financial planning, financial modeling, and operational reporting. Ashley also has extensive experience at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, serving as a Senior Financial Analyst in both Retail and Corporate roles, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. Earlier in Ashley's career, roles at Edelman involved directing financial management for multiple P&Ls and acting as a Business Manager.
