Gaurav Chachra is a Senior Process Simulation Engineer at Svante since October 2022, specializing in predictive analytics and machine learning for process performance forecasting. Previously, Gaurav served as a Staff Process Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. and has extensive experience in process development, scale-up, and automation, demonstrated through roles at Zymergen and Siluria Technologies, Inc. Gaurav also contributed as a Data Science Volunteer at the Berkeley Seismological Laboratory, developing deep learning models for building damage detection. Gaurav holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Panjab University.
