Smriti Chandra

Smriti Chandra is currently the Director at Svasti Microfinance. Smriti has over 10 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on investments into microfinance institutions in the Indian sub-continent. Prior to their current role, they were an Investment Manager at the Nordic Microfinance Initiative (NMI) from January 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they were a founding partner at First League Ventures from February 2015 to December 2017.

Smriti Chandra did their schooling from St Marys and went on to study commerce at Bangalore University, from where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.). Smriti then pursued a career in chartered accountancy and completed the course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
