Jigyasa Shirke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training and management. Currently serving as Zonal Learning Manager at Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd since December 2017, Jigyasa oversees multiple states and teams to align with organizational development goals, focusing on team recruitment, management, and the implementation of standard operating procedures. Previously, Jigyasa co-founded Solution Junction Pvt. Ltd, specializing in customized corporate training and events.
