Henrik Flodén

Henrik Flodén has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Henrik currently holds the position of Head of Operations B2B at Svea Solar since February 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded &Repeat in September 2020 and served as the COO until March 2023.

Henrik has also held key roles at Fortum, where they were the Head of Operations at Fortum Consumer Sweden from August 2018 to August 2020. At SverigesEnergi, they held two positions, first as the Marketing & Business Development Director from June 2017 to July 2018, and later as the Head of Inside & Partner Sales from January 2017 to May 2017.

Before that, they worked at Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) as a Commercial Strategy Manager from March 2015 to January 2017, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and developing investment decision material.

Henrik started their career at PwC Sweden, where they held the position of Manager at PwC Sweden - Strategy from January 2010 to February 2015. Henrik initially joined PwC Consulting as a Trainee from January 2009 to January 2010.

Their earlier experiences include working at Alfa Laval as part of their Master's Thesis from June 2008 to October 2008, serving as the CFO at Lunicore Studentkonsult from 2005 to 2007, and serving as an Officer at the Swedish Armed Forces from August 2002 to August 2004.

Henrik Flodén completed their education in a disciplined and diverse manner. From 2002 to 2003, they attended the Swedish Military Academy, acquiring skills in a variety of relevant fields. Following this, they pursued their M.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from 2004 to 2008 at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Henrik Flodén's educational background reflects a strong foundation in both military and engineering disciplines.
