Sebastian Back is an experienced business manager with a strong background in energy services and operational management. Currently serving as the Business Manager and Operations Manager at Svea Solar since March 2018, Sebastian oversees daily operations, focusing on customer experience and process optimization within the Energy product. Previously, as the On-Site Manager, Sales, Sebastian established and led the On-Site department to enhance sales efforts for solar customers. As General Manager at Surfbussen from April 2015 to April 2018, Sebastian transformed the company into Sweden's largest kitesurfing retailer through strategic business development. Additionally, Sebastian worked as a Sales/Service Technician at Cramo Sverige, managing tool rentals and ensuring customer needs were met.
