Malin Bergman

Malin Bergman is an experienced HR-chef with over 20 years of successful work in strategic and operational HR, leadership development, and change management. Currently serving as HR-chef at SVEAB since 2014, they built the company's first HR function from the ground up, enhancing both managerial and employee development. Previously, Malin held various roles at CityMail Sweden AB, including HR-chef, where they established the HR function during a period of significant growth. They also worked at Skanska as a Development Leader in HR, where they implemented key initiatives to centralize HR operations. Malin holds a degree in Practical Change Management from Gestaltakademin.
