Lena Ekedahl Sjödin

Lena Ekedahl Sjödin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lena began their career at Förvaltningsrätten i Stockholm as a Notarie from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they joined PwC as a Senior tax lawyer from 1998 to 2001. Lena then served as a Legal Counsel at TDC Song from 2001 to 2007. Lena further expanded their career at If Insurance (If P&C Insurance), where they held various roles including Senior Legal Counsel from 2007 to 2012, Nordic Compensation & Benefits Lawyer from 2012 to 2014, and ultimately Chief Compliance Officer from 2014 to 2020. Currently, Lena holds the position of Head of Legal & Compliance at Svedea AB since August 2020.

Lena Ekedahl Sjödin pursued their education starting from 1992 to 1996 at Uppsala University, where they completed a Master of Laws degree specializing in Taxation. Prior to that, in 1995 to 1996, they attended Katolieke Universiteit Leuven, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied any particular field of study during this period.
