Hannes Persson

Hannes Persson is the CEO and founder of H&J, a niche-focused analytics company established in February 2024 that specializes in advanced probability modeling and data-driven insights within the sports industry. Since January 2018, Hannes has served as a football referee in the Swedish Division 2 and as a fourth official in Superettan. Concurrently, Hannes held roles as an Investment and Insurance Advisor and Business Advisor at Swedbank from March 2020 to January 2024, and as a Business Development Lead at Safety Bolt from August 2023 to December 2023. Hannes also coached the men's team at BK Walldia from December 2018 to August 2022 and worked as a fastighetsförvaltare at MARK & TRÄDGÅRD SKOTTORP AB from November 2013 to August 2015, with early experience as service personnel at McDonald's in 2013. Hannes holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy from Halmstad University, which was completed in 2021, following studies at the University of Gothenburg from 2016 to 2017.
