Pär Grahm has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pär started their career in 1995 as an Energy Consultant at Grontmij Group. In 1997, they joined OKG AB as a Radioactive Waste Management engineer, where they were responsible for process development and project management. Pär later took on roles as an Environmental Engineer and a Project Manager at OKG AB. Pär then worked as a Self-Employed Project Manager at Wallbreaking Projects, where they managed projects for Swedish Nuclear Waste and Fuel management Co. (SKB) as well as the construction of a multi-sport arena. In 2010, they joined Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB, SKB, where they held various positions including Project Manager for large scale testing and Technology Development Manager. Pär was subsequently promoted to Head of Repository Technology and is currently the Head of Mechanical Engineering at SKB. Throughout their career, Pär has shown strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

Pär Grahm began their education in 1988 at Brinellgymnasiet Nässjö, where they pursued a Technical School degree in Construction Engineering Technologies. After completing their high school education, they attended Mälardalen University from 1991 to 1993 and obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 1993 to 1994, they attended ING2 (Engineer regiment) where they acquired the rank of Staff Sergeant and specialized as a Platoon Leader. In 1994, they returned to Mälardalen University and studied Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law, earning a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree between 1994 and 1996.

Pär Grahm enrolled in additional educational programs later in their career. In 2006, they pursued Project Management at ESI International and became Qualified for PMP (Project Management Professional) certification by the end of 2007. Furthermore, in 2007, they attended the OKG Development Center for a leadership program that they successfully completed in 2008.

Although Pär Grahm has additional certifications, such as BAS-P and BAS-U, there is no information available about when and where they obtained them.
