Julia Parker is a seasoned real estate and asset management professional with extensive experience in commercial property development and management. Currently serving as Förvaltare Syd, Real Estate Asset Manager at Svenska Handelsfastigheter since November 2025, Julia previously held the position of Team Leader Syd at ICA Fastigheter, overseeing leasing and commercial real estate development from August 2020 to October 2025. Julia's career includes significant roles such as Project Development Manager at AT NORDIC PROPERTY GROUP AB and Senior Investment Advisor at Regional utveckling - Region Skåne, where responsibilities spanned business development in real estate and cleantech sectors. Julia has a robust educational background with a MSc in International Environmental Science from Lund University and has furthered expertise through The Oxford Real Estate programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
