Jenny Josefsson

Jenny Josefsson is an accomplished portfolio leader with extensive experience in research and development, project management, and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Portföljledare at Svenska kraftnät since May 2022, Josefsson manages a segment portfolio that encompasses six programs and 40-50 projects. Previously, Josefsson held the position of R&D Portfolio Area Manager at Hitachi Energy, overseeing the budget and content of an R&D portfolio for the HVDC unit. During a tenure at ABB AB, Josefsson progressed through various roles, including R&D Project Manager for HVDC and DC Grids, Technical Responsible, and System Engineer, contributing to projects that enhanced the reliability and availability of HVDC systems. Josefsson began a career as a Laboratory Engineer at Flint Group, focusing on color matching and quality control. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Lund University, along with additional studies at Dalarna University and the University of Antwerp.
