Jorge Dougnac

Jorge Dougnac is an experienced IT and business architect currently serving as Head of Department and Chief Architect at Svenska kraftnät since January 2022. Previously, Jorge held the position of Chief Architect and Head of Unit at Försäkringskassan, and served as an Enterprise Architect and Head of Business Architecture at Skatteverket. Jorge's career includes significant roles in strategic IT infrastructure development and technical architecture governance across various organizations, including SIDA as a Bilateral Associate Expert in ICT and as a private consultant. Jorge holds a Master of Science in Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Uppsala University.
