Lars Nordström

Lars Nordström is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of electrical engineering and power systems. Currently serving as an R&D advisor for digitalization at Svenska kraftnät, Lars focuses on enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange between academia and the organization. As a professor in Power System Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Lars conducts research on optimizing ICT systems for power operation and control. Lars has held several senior positions including deputy head of school at Noviru AB, senior specialist in data analytics at Svenska kraftnät, and thematic leader for smart grids at InnoEnergy. With a strong educational background, including a Ph.D. and Licentiate from KTH, Lars has founded companies and managed diverse teams in various capacities throughout a distinguished career.
