Agneta Persson

Agneta Persson has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as an Administratör/handläggare at Svenska kyrkan since September 2020, Agneta previously held various positions at Telia from August 1980 to September 2020, including Mobil avtalshandläggare, Senior analyst, and Operationally responsible for coordinating telecom contract negotiations. Responsibilities included providing exceptional service as a Kundtjänst/ÅF-support representative and training new employees. Agneta also contributed to the establishment of a sales department at Respons in Malmö and worked as a Rikstelefonist at Televerket, where training and documentation were key tasks. Education includes studies at Telia and Heleneholms gymnasium.
