Tora Matsson

Tora Matsson currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition at Svenska Spel, a position held since June 2020, after previously working as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior experience includes roles at Visma as an Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist and at JobBusters AB as a Rekryterare & Konsultchef. Tora built the HR department from the ground up at SocialView, overseeing various HR functions including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and internal HR projects. Earlier roles include HR-assistant at Elmia AB, project leader for a significant career fair at Linnaeus University, and positions in payroll administration and as a site manager in seasonal roles. Tora holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Working Life from Linnaeus University, completed in 2017.
