Agnès Rosa Beckman is a versatile creative professional with extensive experience in design, writing, and creative direction. Since 2010, Beckman has worked as a Freelance Designer, Set Designer, Design Writer, and Creative Director at ARBC, collaborating with notable brands such as Elle and Svenskt Tenn, where Beckman currently serves as a Product Designer. Additional roles include Freelance Set Designer and Design Writer for ELLE Magazine and a board member at Beckmans College of Design. Beckman's prior experience includes exhibiting at various prestigious events and working as a Movie Director for the Tiger of Sweden campaign. Beckman holds dual BA degrees in Art and Design, with specializations in Advertising and Product and Interior Design from Beckmans Designhögskola.
Svenskt Tenn
Svenskt Tenn is an interior design company located on Strandvägen in Stockholm, Sweden. It was founded in 1924 by Estrid Ericson, who recruited the Austrian architect and designer Josef Frank to the company 10 years later. A long and successful collaboration began between Josef Frank and Estrid Ericson who together created a style influenced by both Viennese elegance and Swedish functionalism. With its colorfulness and patterns and inspiration from all kinds of cultures and eras, the style was in sharp contrast to the ideal flourishing in the 1930s. Together, the two lay the foundations for the interior design philosophy that Svenskt Tenn has since come to represent. Svenskt Tenn is owned by the Kjell and Märta Beijer Foundation. Profits generated by the company are through the foundation used to promote scientific and medical research in Sweden as well as Swedish home decoration traditions.
