Yates Brown

Yates is an Associate in the Boston office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Sverica, he was an Investment Banker in the Healthcare coverage group at R.W. Baird in Chicago. While at R.W. Baird, he was responsible for buy- and sell-side M&A advisory assignments, as well as capital raising transactions in the equity markets.

Yates earned his undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Patti and Allan Herbert Business School at the University of Miami. Yates is a Certified Public Accountant.
