Sofia Hansdotter (fd. Heintz)

Sofia Hansdotter (formerly Heintz) has extensive experience in property development and management, currently serving as an Expert in Fastighetsutveckling Nyproduktion at Sveriges Allmännytta since March 2019 and as a board member at Nacka vatten och avfall AB from April 2023. Additionally, Sofia is the CEO and property developer at Dharma Develop AB, a position held since January 2012. Previous roles include Chair of the Board at GoToWork until May 2023 and Chair of Skuru IK from May 2015 to June 2022. Prior experience encompasses project leadership at NCC Property Development AB and Jernhusen AB, as well as construction project management at Arcona AB. Sofia holds a Tekn. Lic. in Byggnadsstatik from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has also completed studies at Luleå University of Technology.
