Jonathan Ekstrand

Jonathan Ekstrand serves as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden, leading a team of nine within the HR department since January 2022. With a strong emphasis on strategic HR development, Jonathan has held various roles within Toyota, including Payroll & Negotiation Manager, HR Developer, and HR Consultant, focusing on process development, labor law, and recruitment. Jonathan has also contributed to Sveriges HR Förening as a board member and consulted for organizations such as Ny Position and Skill. An alumnus of Linköping University with a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Work Life, Jonathan co-founded a mobile application startup while in high school, showcasing entrepreneurial skills early on.
