Cecilia Kahn

Cecilia Kahn is a seasoned economist currently serving as a Senior Economist at Sveriges Riksbank since October 2015, where responsibilities include editing the Financial Stability Report and the Climate Report, as well as focusing on the Balance of Payments, macroprudential issues, and financial infrastructure. Kahn is also a PhD student in Economic History at Uppsala University, specializing in financial history, banking regulation, and regulatory capture, with an expected graduation in September 2024. Previous roles include a researcher at Agrifood Economics Centre, an intern in the Political-Economic division at the Embassy of Sweden, and co-founder of Missil Media HB. Kahn holds a Master's in Economics from Lund University, a Bachelor's in Development Economics from Lund University, and has pursued studies at Université Paris Dauphine and Stockholm University.
