Fredrik Zander

Fredrik Zander is an experienced Agile Coach with a background in various organizations, currently serving as an Agile Coach for SVT since January 2023. Prior to this role, Fredrik has held multiple positions including Agile Coach at Citerus AB since February 2018, and at H&M from November 2020 to October 2022, where the focus was on transforming Business Tech across eight teams. Other notable appointments include Agile Coach and Mentor roles at Ekonomistyrningsverket, ICA Gruppen, and AMF, as well as coaching at Spotify and spearheading Agile transformation initiatives at SEB from 2011 to 2017. Fredrik possesses a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies across diverse sectors.
