Joachim Hallengren

Joachim Hallengren serves as the CEO of Svevia since April 2022, leading a major infrastructure construction and service company in Sweden with a turnover of 11,000 MSEK. Hallengren has extensive experience on various boards, including positions as Acting CEO and Chairman of the Board at Forenom, a leading serviced apartment provider in the Nordic region, since November 2022. Additionally, Hallengren is a member of the Board of Directors at Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter and Offside Press, and previously held similar roles at Caverion and Forenom. Hallengren's career includes significant leadership positions at Bonava, CMB, and NCC, where responsibilities spanned residential and commercial property development. Hallengren holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a certification from Ingenjörstruppernas Officershögskola.
