Ishan Grover

Ishan Grover has been working in the industry since 2008. In that time, they have held several positions in a variety of companies. In 2008, they worked as a Trainee Brewer at the Ghana Food and Research Insituite on a project funded by UNIDO. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Msc Research Project on Business Plan for Microbrewery and Micro distillery at Heriot-Watt University, where they designed a business plan for Scotland's first microbrewery and distillery at the same premises. In 2014, they founded A STATE OF MUSIC and served as its Founder and Managing Director. Ishan also founded CBBS- Formerly known as IgBrewtech, where they were the Founder and offered top of the line microbreweries specially designed keeping in mind Indian unique environmental challenges. In 2019, they founded Kadak and, in 2020, they founded Svish and serves as its Founder & CEO.

Ishan Grover attended Heriot-Watt University from 2010 to 2011, where they earned an Msc in Brewing/Distilling/Packaging/Food and beverage Quality Managment. Ishan then attended Garden City College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Biotechnology Biochemistry; Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
