Anastasiia Rybalko

Anastasiia Rybalko has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Data Manager at Big Drop Inc for three years, where they were responsible for managing data. In 2019, they joined Brightgrove Ltd. as an IT Researcher, conducting research in the IT industry. Anastasiia then worked as an IT Recruiter at WiserBrand in 2020, focusing on recruiting IT professionals. Later in 2020, Anastasiia joined Svitla Systems, Inc. as an IT Recruitment Researcher and Technical Sourcer, followed by a promotion to Lead Sourcing Specialist in August 2021. In their current role, they lead a team of Talent Sourcers, provides guidance and coaching on sourcing strategies, and executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech market.

Anastasiia Rybalko completed their Bachelor's degree in Media systems and technologies (MST) from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2012 to 2016.
