Lena Kapitanenko

Lena Kapitanenko has a diverse work experience. Lena started their career in 2010 at A.B.C. Group of Companies in Kiev, where they worked as the Head of Recruitment and English Language Trainer. In 2015, Lena became a self-employed freelance Software Tester. Lena then joined HotelFriend AG in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Manager and Business Analyst. In 2018, Lena joined Svitla Systems, Inc. as a Project Lead, Business Process Analyst, and Trainer.

Lena Kapitanenko attended Odessa National Mechnikov University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Roman and Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Lena obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org in June 2019, a HR and Recruitment School certification from the European Business Association in March 2013, a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in August 2011, and a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in July 2010.
