Yuliia Kasianova

Yuliia Kasianova has worked in the field of IT recruitment and business development. Yuliia first worked as an IT Recruiting Researcher at Svitla Systems, Inc. from April 2021 to the present, where they focused on developing applications and utilizing various methodologies. Yuliia then became an Information Technology Technical Recruiter at the same company from January 2022 to the present, where they were responsible for the full cycle recruitment process of IT staff and conducting HR interviews, among other responsibilities. Prior to that, Yuliia worked as a Business Development Manager at WhiteBIT from January 2020 to April 2021, where they focused on ensuring security, liquidity, and execution speed on the digital asset trading platform.

From 2010 to 2015, Yuliia Kasianova attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law.
