Yelena Kozlova is a seasoned product marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth strategies for startups and established companies. Currently involved with various startups since January 2023, Yelena specializes in go-to-market strategies and customer persona development. As VP of Marketing and Communications at Synctera, Yelena has led comprehensive marketing initiatives, including the overhaul of product marketing teams and the development of new ideal customer personas. Previously, as Senior Director at Guideline, Yelena achieved significant year-over-year growth and successfully launched multiple financial products. Yelena has held key marketing roles in organizations such as Lumos Labs, Vital Track Consultancy, Nickelodeon, and LucasArts, showcasing a strong track record in customer research, branding, and product launches.
