James C. Mead, CCIM has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. James C. began their career at NAI Hiffman in 1987, serving as Vice President and specializing in office tenant and landlord representation. During their time at NAI Hiffman, Mead worked closely with Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., negotiating over 300 lease contracts for the company.
In 1998, Mead joined CTK Chicago Partners as a Partner and Executive Vice President. At CTK Chicago Partners, Mead represented both landlords and tenants in office leasing and sales. One notable achievement during their time at the company was representing Accretive Health in a ten-year, multi-floor lease transaction and securing nearly $10 million in state and city incentives.
Since 2014, Mead has been with SVN Chicago Commercial, where they currently serve as Vice President. In this role, they specialize in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout Chicagoland.
