Joe Gilligan

Joe Gilligan has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Joe started their career in 1975 at Stearns and Foster Co., where they held various sales and marketing roles. In 1981, they joined CB Richard Ellis as a First Vice President and was a top sales producer for 23 years. In 2004, they moved to Carey Laumer Commercial Realty as a Senior Vice President until 2010 when they joined Sperry Van Ness | RICORE as a Managing Director Brokerage. In 2018, they became the Managing Director Brokerage at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Cincinnati. Joe has extensive expertise in property management, construction, investment sales, and leasing.

Joe Gilligan has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Advertising/Communications from the University of Kentucky. Joe also holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Communications from the same university.
