Seth Jernigan

Seth Jernigan, CCIM, has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as President and Executive Vice President at SVN Real Estate Associates since November 2003. Jernigan specializes in sales, leasing, and buyer/tenant representation across various property types, including retail, office, industrial/flex, multi-family, and land. Prior to this role, Jernigan worked as a Consultant in the Financial Services Division at Accenture from February 2001 to November 2003, focusing on merger integration projects. Jernigan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Finance concentration from North Carolina State University, completed in 2000, and attended Durham Academy from 1993 to 1996.
