Ferdinand Bark

Ferdinand Bark is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal Counsel at Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. since May 2023, where responsibilities include the establishment of the Corporate Legal Department in Germany and Europe, focusing on commercial law and legal structures.
