Amelia van Haersma Buma-Gawronska

Amelia van Haersma Buma-Gawronska is an accomplished architect and urban planner with extensive experience in the field. Since June 2006, Amelia has been working as an Architect and Urban Planner at SVP Architectuur en Stedenbouw, previously holding positions as a junior urban planner at DS+V and as an architect assistant at Arboleda estudi d'arquitectura in 2005. Amelia also gained valuable experience as a trainee and inspector in spatial planning with the West Pomeranian Provincial Government between 2002 and 2003, focusing on the legal control of development plans. Amelia holds a Master's degree in Urban Housing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and another Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. Additional education includes attending Lund University and Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven in 2001.
