Edward Kelly

Mr. Kelly oversees the finance, operations and legal functions of the firm.

From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Kelly was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for Sagamore Hill Capital Management. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Kelly was Chief Financial Officer of Croesus Capital Management. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly worked at Goldstein Golub Kessler from 1990 to 1998, where he was a Senior Manager specializing in audit, tax and consulting services for hedge funds and broker-dealers.

Mr. Kelly received a BS in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany in 1990.
