Luke McMillan is the Start-Up Coordinator at Modern PURAIR® since February 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Field Operations to ensure effective franchise launches and provide ongoing coaching to franchisees. Additionally, Luke serves as a Sales Coach at SW Event Technology since December 2019, specializing in camera operation, lighting, and production switching. As a Ski Coach for U12 racers with Big White Racers and Big White Ski Cross since November 2019, Luke focuses on developing athletes' skiing skills. Previous roles include Member Experience Representative at Okanagan Luxury Boat Club, where Luke gained client interaction and sales experience, and Boat Supervisor at Downtown Marina, responsible for teaching safe boat operation. Luke is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Okanagan College, expected to graduate in April 2024, and holds a High School Diploma from Kelowna Christian School.
