Nishant Aggarwal

Nishant Aggarwal is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international taxation and corporate tax advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner, Director, and Senior Manager at SW India since September 2016, Nishant manages complex international tax issues, including permanent establishment and regulatory challenges, while providing tax structuring advisory services. Prior to this role, experience includes positions as a Consultant in Corporate Taxation at EY, and an Assistant Manager in Corporate Taxation at KPMG. Early career at Mazars India involved independent auditing and assurance work alongside IFRS reporting. Nishant holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Maharshi Dayanand University, qualifications as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com. in Tax Law from Delhi University.
