Elias Fechti

Elias Fechti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently, as Director of Customer Project Management at SW - Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen, Elias leads the project management division for customer projects and is a member of the strategy management team. Previously, as Head of Customer Project Management, Elias managed an annual project volume exceeding 300 million euros. Earlier experience at Mercedes-Benz AG included roles such as Project Manager for Production HV Battery, where Elias established an international production network for battery assemblies, and several positions focused on capacity planning and project coordination. Elias holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) in International Business from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. Additional education includes time at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
