Ioana Mănăilă

Ioana Mănăilă began their work experience as a Biochimist at ROMVAC Company in June 2016. Ioana then worked as a Student at Universitatea din București from October 2015 to June 2018 and concurrently held the position of Biochimist at the university from October 2016 to August 2017. In 2017, they joined HYPERCENTAGE as a Media Buyer and later became the Media Buyer & Affiliate Manager Team Lead in June 2018. Ioana was promoted to COO in July 2020 and held that position until January 2023. Currently, they are an Operations Lead at Swaarm - performance marketing platform starting from February 2023.

Ioana Mănăilă completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Facultatea de biologie, Universitatea Bucuresti from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Advanced Google Ads, Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan, Excel 2016 Essential Training, Excel: Avoiding Common Mistakes (Office 365/Excel 2019), Prioritizing Your Tasks, Tableau Essential Training, Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence, SEO: Keyword Strategy, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and Google between April and June 2020.
