Carmen Gray

Carmen Gray is an experienced communication and change management professional currently serving as the Associate Communications Manager at Swagelok since April 2022. Previously, Carmen worked at Willis Towers Watson from August 2012 to April 2022 as a Project Manager in the Employee Experience Business, focusing on executing communication projects that facilitate business changes within HR programs. Carmen’s core competencies include project management, direct support to senior leadership, stakeholder communication, and content development. Earlier in the career, Carmen served as the Faculty Services Coordinator at The Jack Welch Management Institute, where responsibilities included coordinating onboarding processes and providing administrative support. Carmen holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business from Ohio University.
