Joe Sholtis has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management and production scheduling, currently serving as the Process and Data Lead for Forecast to Plan at Swagelok since March 2001. In this role, Joe Sholtis manages machine capacity, labor staffing, and material flow across three international and domestic sites while optimizing system performance to minimize errors and redundancy. Previous positions at Swagelok include Supply Chain Analyst, International Materials and Capacity Planner, Production Scheduler, and Production Supervisor, where Joe Sholtis focused on discrete manufacturing scheduling, staff management, and lean improvements. Prior experience includes serving as Materials Manager at The Kennedy Group, where Joe Sholtis handled procurement and inventory management. Joe Sholtis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University.
