Mandy Matousek

Mandy Matousek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Sales Support Director, EMEA at Swagelok since September 2021, Mandy has held various leadership roles in talent management and organizational development at Avient Corporation and PolyOne. Prior to these positions, Mandy was an HR Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, contributing to North America Commercial Truck, Global Off-the-Road, and Global Aviation businesses, among others. Mandy's foundational career included HR roles at The Ohio State University and an internship at Dow Chemical focused on diversity and inclusion. Mandy holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the same institution.
