Jol Blazey is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Full Stack Engineer at Swaggle since July 2023, Jol has previously held key roles such as Staff Engineer at Linktree, where architectural initiatives were led for a new User Generated Content system. With over 18 years at The Diggers Club, including roles as Technology Manager and part-time Director, Jol successfully oversaw ERP implementations and cloud migrations. Earlier experience includes management positions at National Australia Bank and Sensis, where teams were built to meet regulatory requirements and enhance application performance. Jol's educational credentials include a Grad Dip in Software Development from RMIT University and a B.Sc. Hons. from the University of Melbourne, along with a completion of the Foundations of Directorship course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
