Kapil Bhatia

Kapil Bhatia is an experienced professional in operations and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Konrad Group in India since August 2024. Previously, Kapil held the position of Marketing Manager at Vinsol | STADIUM from June 2020 to July 2024, focusing on the technical execution of various marketing projects. As a founding member of Pooja Bhatia Classes, Kapil established an after-school tutoring center that catered to over 1000 middle and high school students. Additionally, Kapil worked at Vinsol for five years, first as an HR Generalist and then as the Manager of Business Development, contributing significantly to the company's HR processes and business development strategies. Kapil began a career at Career Launcher, where responsibilities included designing programs for engineering graduates and collaborating with IT and marketing teams. Kapil holds a Post Graduation degree in Computer Software Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a BIS in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
