Charlotte Knowles

Charlotte Knowles has over a decade of experience at Swale Borough Council, currently serving as Commissioning Manager after progressing from the role of Commissioning Officer. In these positions, Charlotte provides comprehensive commissioning support to ensure value for money services are obtained from both internal and external providers. Additionally, Charlotte has experience as a Community Safety Officer, managing projects related to the Community Safety Strategy, and previously held temporary roles as a Licensing Assistant at Swale Borough Council and an Administrative Assistant at Kent Adult Education. Charlotte holds a 2:1 degree in Law from the University of Kent and completed education at The Westlands School in Sittingbourne.
